It is so very hard in this day and age to find such great customer service! Also, to get this kind of exemplary service from an online discount bridal merchant -- the bridal salons here in Atlanta can be very nice (in a condescending manner) as they charge outrageous prices ($400 above the price you quoted)! This has been a day I have looked forward to for 34 years, and you have made this part of the planning so much easier! I am purchasing this dress 1 year and 8 months before the wedding (the dress is being discontinued in June), and I am happy feeling confident in my purchase from Netbride.com! 2/6/01 Hi Nora, I finally got to see my dress this weekend. As you may remember, I shipped it to my mother's in California since I live out of state and will be getting married in California. I was a little apprehensive about ordering online for something as important as my wedding gown, but working with Netbride has been an absolute pleasure. I have several friends who are getting engaged and married, and I always tell them about my experience with Netbride.com. I also encourage you to use this note on your referral page of your website for any other brides who want to check references before buying. I am happy to receive email and respond to anyone who is unsure about purchasing their gown through Netbride.com. I ordered 4 bridesmaids gowns and my own gown from Netbride back in August '00. I saved my bridesmaids each over $40 per gown. I fell in love with my gown at a local boutique where it was priced at $1200. I thought it was too much to spend, but desperately wanted the gown, and had to explore my options. You quoted me $825 for the exact gown (including shipping and tax), and needless to say, it made my day to realize that I could afford the gown of my dreams. When I looked on the wedding gown manufacturer's own web site, it warned against internet retailers, and got me a little nervous (I had already ordered from you), but your quick reponse to my email was very reassuring. I received my gown one day before the "guaranteed" date, and it is beautiful...the box was in good condition, the gown was hardly wrinkled, and perfectly clean. And, my crinoline was a perfect fit. FYI: I went back to the shop one last time after I ordered from you and saw a girl trying on my same dress. 1/05/01 I just had to send a note saying how wonderful your service is. Not only did I save $200, but the dress came in four weeks. My dress arrived in perfect condition. Because of the timing I was able to take the dress home with me for Christmas to show my mother. Actually having the dress in my possession is such a relief, and I did not even have time to worry because it came unexpectedly. I would urge you to reinforce the importance of taking the measurements however. I had tried the dress that ordered on in a salon in town before I heard of your service. The dress in the shop was marked a 14. I was tempted to just order the 14, but I was paranoid that it may not fit right. I'm glad that I changed my mind. I ordered a 16 from Netbride and it fit exactly like the 14 in the store. Just because it is a 14 somewhere does not mean it is a 14 everywhere. Regardless I am very happy with the dress that I did get and I am excited more than ever for my big day.

The bridal store that we had gone to here in Mass quoted us over $100.00 more than what your price was (and your price was great b/c that included insured shipping etc). I was still apprehensive though but after contacting a few of your past customers who have ordered dresses from you, I decided to use you, as it would save each of my girls over $100.00 per dress. You gave me an arrival date of mid December but I got them Nov. 6th - well over a month in advance! I can't tell you how pleased I was and how great the dresses look! 10/11/00 I wanted to let you know that my dress arrived in PERFECT condition! This morning at 5AM I crawled out of bed, threw on some sweats and a baseball cap and drove over to the office. I was dying to see it! I tried it on and it fits like a glove. It's more beautiful then I remembered! Everywhere I went the sales associates put a lot of pressure on me and stressed me out because they said it was impossible to receive a dress in less than 3 months. They told me I would have to put a rush on it OR I'd have to buy the dress off the rack that had been tried on a zillion times with flaws. To top it off, I would have to pay an additional $100.00 for the inconvenience because the store would have to buy a replacement dress. I was going out of town for two weeks and decided to think about what I should do. Sometimes it's better just to walk away and regroup. Planning a wedding should be fun - not a nightmare. So, my sister decided to do a little research on the Internet while I was away visiting family. My sister found Netbride.com and received a quote from you guys in less than 24 hours. She sent me an e-mail and I couldn't believe I could get this dress for such a great price, etc. I decided to do some research myself. I went to other bridal stores while visiting the midwest and while on the east coast. Sales associates would say, "Don't trust the Internet." I did more research. I contacted the Better Business Bureau and contacted customers that had written testimonials on your web page. I got EXCELLENT ratings from everyone! That's when I decided to just close my eyes, trust God and go for it. I pushed the ENTER button on my computer and waited. You guys are AWESOME! I am serious. I received my dress ahead of schedule and I saved more than $500.00! I have told a lot of people about your company and your excellent customer service. This is what a wedding should be about. 9/12/00 WOW!!! What else can I say? I about fell out of my chair when UPS delivered the wedding gown this morning. Talk about beautiful! My mom had tears in her eyes when she said she has never seen a more beautiful dress in her whole life. The amount of money I saved was INCREDIBLE! PERFECT timing because I am heading to PA this weekend for a wedding and 2 of my bridesmaids live there, so I can deliver them personally!! The color is perfect, and beautiful. 7/10/00 I am writing to thank you for the great service that you provide for brides-to-be. I ordered my wedding dress from you three months ago and it came in today! The dress is in perfect condition and it came in three months ahead of schedule. I must especially recommend you on the three month turn-around time because the wedding shops I had visited told me that dresses from this factory take anywhere from six to 18 months to come in because they are so popular and because they are made in Australia. In addition to the quick turn-around time, I would like to thank you for saving me $600 on the dress (yes, $600!). If I had ordered from one of the bridal salons I had shopped at, I would have had to settle for a dress that was not my ideal in order to stay within my budget. Because of your service, I was able to get my dream dress. I will feel so special on my wedding day! It seems all too rare these days to find a business that actually delivers what they promise. However, Netbride.com breaks this mold by providing superior service, great quality, and a helpful staff that follows through on everything they say they will do. Thank you again. 7/6/00 I was very apprehensive about ordering my gown online, but I decided to try it because I would save over $200. After trying on the gown I wanted in the store and deciding what size I needed, I took the plunge and ordered my dress...
